Marker 37 is open year-round to the public serving lunch & dinner. Offering a riverside restaurant & lounge experience at our beautiful Chester Point Marina north point along the Connecticut River & Chester Creek.
This premier riverside venue opened in 2021 and shares the facility with the Maritime Boat Sales Showroom. This year-round dining experience includes a full bar, comfortable booths, and a huge outdoor heated patio with a retractable awning. We are so proud to be the home of one of the best outdoor dining experiences on the Connecticut River.
Marker 37 offers a new menu with a twist on the American Cuisine. Marker 37 has it’s own public access entrance and parking. Now serving lunch and dinner along with all your favorite beverages. Catering services are available.
Dock & Dine
2024 Dock & Dine Services Now OPEN!
During the Summer Season, we are happy to offer Dock & Dine services for riverside dining at Marker 37, located on the North Point of Chester Point Marina. Marker 37 is open to the public.
From North & South, Chester Point Marina Both is located at Marker #37. Turn West keeping Marker #37 on your port side. Proceed 1/2 mile to the inlet for the Marina. Please use VHF 9. Slip Docking & Mooring options are available.

Please use VHF 9 to arrange dockage. Do not dock without permission. The Chester Point Marina staff will be happy to provide instructions & assist with docking. A limited number of slips are available for Marker 37 patrons.

Moorings
New Pricing for 2024
Chester Point Marina is excited to provide mooring & tender services to Marker 37 Patrons. 10 moorings have been added on the CT River at Marker #37. The Chester Point Marina staff will provide mooring instructions. Our tender service will assist with transportation to & from your mooring. Tender services are included in the mooring costs.
